WHY CREATE?

I am a firm believer that creating relieves anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. Moreover, if a person has the courage to share their creation, it inspires others to create. The process of creation demands that we tune into our most authentic self. In this space, we are free to become whatever our heart desires. The greatest fear in the world is the opinion of others, and the moment we become unafraid of the crowd is the moment we tap into our limitless potential.”
